About

From Tapia de Casariego in western Asturias, we invite you to visit our restaurant, La Terraza.

Founded in 1940, today La Terraza is one of the leaders in the hospitality of the Asturian west, where the protagonist, in addition to our traditional cuisine and our rations and tapas, is the dining terrace and its emblem, the fig tree.

Originally the deck was open, but to adapt us to new times in 2010 we remodeled the business and we close the deck with a translucent cover, leaving within the enclosure to the fig tree, because after so many years we could not get rid of one of the house brands; creating a unique space that surprises we visit, a sunny terrace with his fig tree, but sheltered from inclement weather.

True to tradition, the Cantabrian Sea and our people, Tapia de Casariego, we offer a menu and a wide variety of rations made ??with all local produce among them the garlic chicken, grilled squid, octopus onions and our specialty, roasted bonito Biscay; Asturiana all accompanied by an extensive wine and cider, for, in this way, continue to have recognized and trusted for so many years we have provided our customers.

On La Terraza we are constantly evolving and proof of this are the various expansion works we have done in recent years, an extension of the dining room in 2004, closing the terrace in 2010 and building a wooden terrace 2011, coming this way to move from a capacity of 70 people originally to have a capacity of 180 people today.

We launch our website as a step in this evolution and to be closer to our clients, who visit us every day of the year as those who because of the distance can not and want to be closer to us.

Through this website, may be up to date with news and updates that we will publish our activity on social networks, see the letter, the daily menu, reservations for tables quickly, easily and effectively, see photos our facilities, courses, events, Tapia's people ... and see our schedule or contact us.

We hope our website is useful to you and to your liking and hope to see you soon in Tapia, where ever, La Terraza.
